All offers to purchase property from HPF must include the standard proposal document. This document provides the Real Estate Committee with information to evaluate your offer, such as the proposed use of the property, an estimate from a licensed contractor for the cost of the restoration project and documentation that the prospective buyer has the financial means to complete the restoration project.
If you have previously restored a historic structure, you may include information and photos with your proposal.
